Genuine hospitality and great views
Waking up to the ocean waves was magical. The owner Joseph's personal touch. He even helped with our luggage. We enjoyed breakfasts with a lovely view from the terrace every morning.
We felt congested at times, but the charm of the place made it worthwhile.

Cool place with courteous staff and freshly made food. Great location, a short way from everywhere. 10 km away from Nice Cote d'Azur airport. Recently refurbished double room with windows to the see:)))

The refrigerator was an advantage. Located around 20 minutes walk to the center of Nice. The beaches of promenade just across the street.
We lived in the basement. If you are taller than 1,6 meters the bath would be uncomfortable. The ceiling level is very low. Also the shower head was damaged and every person bathing made a water flow into the main room. The description of the hotel said that there is a wireless in the hotel, but it was available only in the reception.

The sea view from the balcony was fine 👌 Spacious, clean room with air conditioning that kept us cool.

Excellent location, friendly staff, free car parking (although you have to leave the keys at reception in case they need to re-arrange the parking order). Breakfast was ok - 8 Euros is a bit steep but Nice as a whole is massively over-priced. Room was basic and a bit run down but the location makes up for this. If you want to go to Nice, don't mind a (very pleasant) walk in to town, and don't want to get ripped off at the big hotels, then this is ok. You get what you pay for.
Traffic noise is terrible, particularly as the room windows didn't fit too well.

More fun than I expected!
This charming hotel is a hidden gem! Perfectly situated across from the beach and close to tram stops, it offers comfortable, daily cleaned rooms. The friendly staff made each day enjoyable, and breakfast on the balcony with Mediterranean views was a highlight. A true pleasure just a stroll from the busy old town.

Right across from the beach
We booked a sea view room, but got put in the basement in a very run down room with one window onto a service ally that was dirty.

The hotel has a great location, right by the beach. The rooms were cleaned everyday (sheets and towels changed). Great value for the money if you are looking to travel around and not stay at the hotel all day.

Great situation, loved having breakfast on the patio area.Staff were amazingly helpful with local information.
They need to turn the toilet round in room 8(maybe others?) you can't sit properly!! Otherwise room was cosy with side view to the sea.We enjoyed it a lot and will return.
